Leadership Workshops

At Zanti we work with community organisations, small business and teams to develop their leadership skills in their work, communities or personal lives.

We offer tailor made Leadership workshops for groups of up to 20 people, where we can unpack, explore and learn different approaches to Leadership.

These leadership workshops think outside the box from normal management and leadership workshops and come from an interpersonal, self-development lens looking at how our personality types, attitudes, and energies show up for us in leadership roles.  We look at the difference between being a leader and a manager, and how we can tap into and grow these leadership skills.

Becoming Great Leaders

Leadership is so much more than knowing how to manage a team.  It is a mindset.  It is an attitude,   and a way of being and approaching life.

At Zanti we are passionate about creating amazing leaders in our businesses, organisations and communities.  With great leaders great things can be achieved.  Leaders bring inspired shared vision, motivation and ideas to the table that helps us build great communities.

If you are interested in joining the Zanti Leadership Movement and providing or joining in group leadership training then please reach out.  Just some of the topics covered are listed below, but if there is something you would like to add please let me know and we can see what we can do.
